“Convenient location. Local restaurant within walking distance. Amiable staff and very decent free breakfast. Room not in great shape (peeling wall paper in bath, degraded caulk in shower). 4 stars mainly because nightly rate of $190 seems awfully high for rural ARK.”

“The neighborhood is filled with boarded up houses and dilapidated houses. We felt unsafe and asked for a refund, and were denied. We choose to stay at the IHG in Magnolia and it was very nice. There are safety concerns with this property. ”
